FTX co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried has formally filed for a pardon from President Trump, in line with the Justice Division’s Pardon Legal professional Workplace web site.
Bankman-Fried is serving a 25-year jail sentence after being convicted on fraud and cash laundering costs in 2024. The pardon utility was first reported by Bloomberg Information.
